ABOUT ME

Licensed since 2011, I believe it is an honor to work alongside my clients as they take meaningful steps towards relational health and wholeness. I am trained in evidence based modalities such as Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I welcome the integration of faith into the therapeutic process.

I earned my masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary's School of Psychology in 2006. Having spent 12 years of my life living abroad, I consider working as a therapist as my passport to the world - every family is a unique culture.

Some of my personal interests include hiking, photography, reading and spending time with my husband and two children.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT

Life often leaves us tired, overextended and isolated. Seeking therapy can be a positive step to reconnecting with healthy community and feeling grounded.
For therapy to be effective it is critical to feel both safe and heard. I strive to prioritize the therapeutic relationship and believe therapy is most successful when therapist and client are both invested in the process. I welcome your feedback, insight and goal setting throughout your time in therapy.
